Hi, I'm Micholee Estime. For more than 12 years I've served children as an elementary educator, helping students overcome learning challenges and discover confidence in themselves.
After years of teaching, I realized that many children simply needed something different — not because they lacked ability, but because they needed more individualized attention, smaller learning groups, and an environment where they felt safe to ask questions and grow.
That's why I founded Strategic Growth Learning Center. It's the school I always wished existed for the children I taught.

Every week, students explore Biblical truth through engaging lessons that connect Scripture with reading, writing, science, history, leadership, character development, and everyday life.
Kingdom Adventures™ is our signature faith and character program. It isn't a stand-alone Bible lesson — biblical truth is woven into leadership, character development, and core academics in age-appropriate ways, all week long.

Strategic Growth welcomes families using the Personalized Education Program (PEP) and Unique Abilities (UA) scholarships, where applicable. We'll walk you through how funding may be used toward our program.
